The prestigious award recognizes companies and leaders who embody the entrepreneurial vision and spirit that puts Cincinnati on the global map and makes it a great place to do business. CoStrategix joins other legendary visionaries and courageous business leaders who have helped build a thriving economy and create new value for our society.

Originally established by the Entrepreneurs’ Organization of Cincinnati, the John F. Barrett Vision Awards were founded to highlight entrepreneurial leadership and to honor the inspirational work and lifetime achievements of Western & Southern Financial Group Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer John F. Barrett.
The awards are co-presented by Western & Southern Financial Group and Lead Tribune Media Group, which publishes CDO Magazine and Venue Magazine, and also produces technology conferences including ComSpark and the Chief Data Officers Summit. Finalists were nominated by area business leaders and entrepreneurs and were chosen by a select panel of judges. Awards were presented during a ceremony at the Lytle Park Hotel in downtown Cincinnati on November 10, 2021.
