CoStrategix announced today that it has recruited Mark Johnson as Chief Growth Officer to lead the charge in growing the organization’s client base across the United States.
Mark’s career spans an impressive array of technical, management, and executive leadership roles, making him exceptionally equipped to drive growth and innovation within organizations. He brings more than 30 years of experience in technical and executive leadership at global companies. He has twice founded technology professional services firms, spearheading both business development and delivery operations.
Mark has a demonstrated commitment to fostering community among tech leaders. He is the Chair and visionary co-founder of the CDO Magazine Editorial Board, which now boasts more than 300 data leaders in over 25 countries. He is a Co-Chair and founding member of the MIT CDOIQ Symposium – the longest-running national conference focusing on data leaders and information quality. He is also the organizer of several metropolitan CDO Roundtables, including Cincinnati, Columbus, Miami, Indianapolis, Texas Statewide (Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio) to name a few.
In addition, Mark is an executive leadership and goal achievement coach. He has facilitated coaching sessions leveraging the Power Alignment Facilitation Method since 1994. As part of his coaching practice, he is a mentor through the Share IT Mentorship program at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Public Schools, which helps young people find vision and passion for successful careers in the IT industry.
