CoStrategix Technologies Launches Technology Accelerator Program

CoStrategix Technologies announced today the launch of a Technology Accelerator Program to enhance the skills of newly hired Gixers (CoStrategix employees). It combines group-style learning with mentorship from highly experienced technologists.
CoStrategix refers to employees as “Gixers” because they are “strategic” partners to our customers, leading with strategy and creating modern, leading-edge, and transformative Digital solutions.
“Our new Technology Accelerator Program helps Gixers learn leading-edge technologies, data engineering, and data science skills,” said Ramkishan B K, Director of Technology. “We are excited to present this rich opportunity for our team to chart their own learning path and growth. This helps train people to take on new client projects and advance their careers at CoStrategix.”
The training program launched with a small trial cohort. Participants have the opportunity to learn or enhance their skills in React JS, C# / .NET, data engineering, cloud services, and data science. It is scheduled to take place over 90 days.
The new Technology Accelerator Program expands on the already extensive learning opportunities that Gixers can take advantage of. The difference is that current opportunities are self-paced and take place through third-company providers, while this is an internal program that is highly experiential in nature and uses applied case studies from actual projects.
