Best Places to Work 4th Year 2024

CoStrategix is proud to announce that it has been named a finalist for the prestigious Best Places to Work award by the Cincinnati Business Courier for the fourth consecutive year, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to fostering a supportive and thriving workplace environment focused on continued learning and teamwork.

“We are honored to be recognized once again as one of the Best Places to Work in Cincinnati,” said Nandagopal Jayaram, CEO of CoStrategix. “Our employees are our greatest asset, and their satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. Being named a finalist for the fourth year in a row reinforces our commitment to maintaining a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.”

The Best Places to Work awards are based upon an anonymous survey, conducted by Quantum Workplaces, which measures several key areas, including employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall workplace culture. The results reflect the high level of employee morale and the strong sense of community within CoStrategix.

One of the things that makes CoStrategix a unique place to work is its CoStrategix Culture Club. This cross-team group works to amplify CoStrategix’s core values through social, educational, and cultural programming that celebrates our wins, fosters our shared and unique traditions, and promotes the health and development of Gixers individually and CoStrategix as a whole. A few of the activities this team organized this year have included:

  • Friendly competitions for Wellness Month in May, scheduled to align with Mental Health Awareness Month – including a putt-putt challenge, weekly yoga/meditation/breathing exercises, a pickleball challenge, and a ping pong tournament
  • Group discussion about a TED Talk on How to Make Stress Your Friend
  • Cultural celebrations and Happy Hours that promote cross-department teambuilding

An unusual perk at the CoStrategix office is its “Carver Woods Country Club,” a 9-hole putt-putt course in our office designed and built by two Gixers (aka employees) using spare parts from our office renovation. Holes include a “firewall,” a functioning windmill, a “mouse trap,” a gopher hole ala Caddyshack, and more.

CoStrategix looks forward to the awards ceremony hosted by the Cincinnati Business Courier on Tuesday, August 20, where the winners will be announced and celebrated.
